Every order you place with us will be shipped through our reliable freight carriers, DHL or FedEx, at absolutely no cost to you.
Kindly consider that when estimating the delivery time for your package, it is important to factor in the time required for credit approval, address verification, and order processing.
Once your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment, we will promptly send you an order confirmation via email. We are committed to making every reasonable effort to ensure that the carrier delivers your order within the estimated delivery lead time.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- EU orders: 3-5 business days
- International orders: 1 week
Please note that BOMBERG takes full responsibility for the safety of your purchase from the moment it begins its journey until it reaches your doorstep.
To confirm the delivery of your BOMBERG product, a signature from an adult is required. Once the product is delivered and the signature is obtained, the responsibility for the purchased goods will be transferred to you.

In the event that you wish to return a purchased watch, please be advised that we will issue a refund for the price of the watch only. If, at the time of the order, a shipping option with an associated cost was selected, these shipping fees are non-refundable.
